In the Reiki Level 1 Training, We Will Cover:
What is Reiki?
Understanding the history and principles of Reiki, grounding you in its rich origins and spiritual significance
Unlocking the subtle energy system, including an introduction to the Chakras
Ways to ground, protect and clear your energy
You will receive the Reiki level 1 attunement
Exploration self-healing technique, empowering you to cultivate personal harmony, balance and spiritual growth
Ample time for hands-on practice
How to use Reiki on pets, plants, and food
At the end of the course, you will receive your Usui Reiki level 1 certificate. You will also receive a Reiki level 1 manual to keep for your reference, and you will have access to a private Facebook community for ongoing support!

Self-Study Training: $199 + HST
Learn how to practice Reiki on your own time. I will provide you will everything you need to successfully complete your Reiki level 1 training at home, and you can go at your own pace. Although you will be learning on your own, you won’t be alone - 2 Zoom calls with myself are included as part of the training!
Private Training: $399 + HST
Would you prefer to learn Reiki level 1 with just you and me, one on one? Then this the option for you. Send me a message and we will figure out a day/time that works for the both of us.
